Like Earth, Periosworld has unique geographic areas where each Perio clan lives. The high mountains in the east are called the Vapor Mountains. The volcanic western shore is the Alk Coast. The Metran Plain lies across the middle section of Periosworld. And near the mainland there are three large islands, Ono Island, Alk Island and Actlant Island.
